A Mother & Daughter Design Team based in Vancouver, BC.

Kerri started with her own flip and renovation projects 15 years ago, after being brought on board by some builder friends for new construction/multi-family projects. Kerri enjoyed working on these projects so much, she made the leap and started Fresh Eye Designs.

In 2019, Georgia and Kerri covered for Tanya Soon, the in- house designer at Lacey Developments. This was such a wonderful opportunity and lead to Georgia and Kerri working together full time while she completed the Interior Design Program at BCIT.

Over the years they have worked with lots of lovely clients on a wide variety of memorable and inspiring projects, from helicopter hangers, to forever homes. They consider it a privilege to help clients create spaces that work for them and both embody their personalities and function for their everyday lives.

We’re in your backyard

Fresh Eye Designs serves clients across the lower mainland. We currently have several heritage homes and small multi-family projects on going in Vancouver. New builds, both custom and spec. projects, are spread over Port Moody, Burnaby Anmore and Belcarra. Our renovations are equally diverse in their locations, from Abbotsford to Port Coquitlam to Delta. 

Fresh Eye Designs had also partnered with builders to help our clients build holiday homes and cabins for their families. From waterfront beach locations, neighbouring cities, even in rural off grid locations, we can help make your design ideas happen.
